Ambience: Trendy with a chilled and laid back vibe. Watch sheets of rain against the floor to ceiling windows and if you’re lucky you’ll catch a passing Whale too! Jaw dropping vista!
The Polana restaurant is to meat what Harbour House is to fish- this is a steakhouse byt the sea. Free range and pasture fed cuts of prime beef fillet, rump, sirloin and rib eye, beautifully and simply presented, vie for the carnivorous diner’s attention with hugely popular Hoisin and Ginger Pork Ribs, Catalan-Style Veal Ribs with Green Olives, Lamb Cutlets and succulent Gourmet Burgers. The less bloodthirsty can enjoy a delicious selection of tapas dishes, singly or on platters. Fresh line fish, delicious Mozambican style prawns and oysters are also available.
