The Great White Sharks have been very active in False Bay, Cape Town and with peak season just around the corner, it’s one of the most intriguing and adrenalin filled winter afternoon activities in Cape Town. Up until recently only the morning trips have been available but as we hit shark season, it’s time to spend the Cape Winter afternoons in Great White Style.
There is no longer the obligation to wake up early (without your morning coffee) to make it to the boat on time! That’s right – leisurely mornings and great white shark diving and viewing in the afternoon! Let the action begin!
False Bay in Cape Town is home to the breaching great white sharks… also called the flying sharks of False Bay or Airjaws. False Bay is protected from the worst of the Cape’s Winter storms so conditions are usually favourable when it appears otherwise! Please note that all trips are however weather dependent.
